Frequently Asked Questions

After registering, you will be prompted to create your first workspace. You can also create additional workspaces from the account menu.

Go to Settings → Team in your workspace to invite users by email and assign their role (admin, agent, conveyancer, viewer, etc.).

LeadForge evaluates each property across multiple risk categories (flood, bushfire, crime, zoning, easement) using weighted data sources. Each category is scored and combined into an overall risk level: Low, Medium, High, or Extreme.

Use the Export button on the Contacts, Properties, or Reports pages to download your data as CSV.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access is controlled by role-based permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

LeadForge supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Go to Settings → Support in your workspace and submit a support ticket with the category "Bug Report". Include a description of the issue, the page it occurred on, and your browser/device. Screenshots are very helpful.

Go to Proposals in the sidebar, click New Proposal, select a property, and fill in the valuation, content, and comparable sales. You can save as draft or send immediately. Share the link with your vendor — view tracking is automatic.

Open a listing, scroll to the Online Offers section, and copy the public offer link. Share this with buyers — they can fill in their details, offer amount, finance status, and conditions. You'll get a notification when an offer comes in.

Open a listing and scroll to the Auction section. Click Create Auction, choose the type (live, timed, or hybrid), set the schedule and bid increment. Share the public auction link with bidders. For timed auctions, it starts and ends automatically.

In a conveyancing file, click the pen icon next to any document to set up signing. Add signers with their name, email, and role, then configure the fields they need to fill (signature, initials, date, etc.). Send the request and copy the signing link. You'll be notified when they sign or decline.

Go to Settings, scroll to the Integrations section, and follow the prompts for each service. Slack sends workspace notifications to your chosen channel. Facebook & Instagram integration lets you automatically capture leads from your Lead Ads — connect your Facebook Page and leads flow straight into your pipeline. API keys and webhooks are available on Agency and Enterprise plans.

In Rentals mode, you can schedule property inspections with room-by-room reports and photos. Maintenance requests can be logged, assigned to contractors, and tracked through to completion. Both are accessible from the sidebar.

For individual SMS, go to a contact's profile and use the SMS tab. For campaigns, go to Campaigns in the sidebar to create drip sequences or bulk sends. Make sure you have valid consent from recipients before sending.

On LeadForge Calling (platform mode), outbound SMS is billed at $0.10 AUD per segment and MMS at $0.45 AUD per message. One segment is up to 160 standard characters or 70 Unicode characters (emojis, accents) — longer messages are split into multiple segments. Inbound messages to your LeadForge number are not separately charged. Usage appears on your next Stripe invoice. If you connect your own Twilio account (BYOT), you pay Twilio directly and LeadForge does not bill you for messaging.

Open Settings → LeadForge Calling. When activated, you'll see usage cards for Calling, SMS, and MMS for the current billing period — including segment counts, message counts, and estimated cost.

AI Text Conversations lets an AI assistant hold a back-and-forth SMS conversation with a contact — following up, qualifying them, or booking an appointment — the same way AI Calling does over the phone. It's billed as part of the AI Calling add-on in Settings → AI Calling, which includes a set number of AI text conversations per month separate from your included AI calls; conversations beyond that are charged at your tier's per-conversation overage rate. This is separate from — and not double-charged alongside — the standard per-segment SMS rate described above. See our AI Transparency page for how AI text conversations are disclosed and how contacts can opt out.

Yes. Open the contact's page or the SMS inbox and click "End AI & take over" — the AI immediately stops replying to that contact, and you can continue the conversation manually from the same thread. Contacts can also end the conversation at any time by replying STOP.

The Forms Builder lets you create lead capture forms that you can embed on your website. When someone submits a form, it creates a lead in your pipeline automatically. Go to Settings to create and manage your forms.

ForgeAI Voice Notes lets you dictate notes, tasks, or contact updates by pressing the microphone button in the CRM. Your browser will ask permission to use the microphone the first time. Audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription, then a language model interprets the dictation as a CRM action (add note, create task, update contact). The audio is not stored by LeadForge — only the resulting transcript and action are kept. See our AI Transparency page for full details.

By default, voice-dictated notes require review before saving. A workspace owner or admin can turn on auto-commit for notes under Settings → AI Assistant, setting the "Contact Notes" capability's Voice channel to "Auto" — or back to "Draft" to require review again. Tasks and contact updates always require confirmation regardless of this setting.

The voice button only activates when you press it and grant browser microphone permission. If you want to fully revoke access, remove LeadForge's microphone permission in your browser settings. Workspace admins can also disable all AI features for the workspace under Settings → AI, which turns off voice notes alongside other AI tools.
